During onboarding our team will take care of setting all of this up on your behalf but you might need a team member or freelancer to help you out if you decide to make changes or additions. It’s a very easy job for most web developers, don’t worry.
Designs, graphics, logos etc are another area you may want help. It’s not necessary though as there are now so many services available with free or paid for pictures, logos, banners and everything else. You can also use A.i to generate what you need.
If you prefer to build your websites or funnels in WordPress to achieve greater beauty or customization, no problem, just embed our forms/surveys into your page.

The Business Accelerator is an action focussed group designed to fast-track your business growth by providing you with both the tools and the know-how. Unlike traditional coaching, which often focuses on theory, our service is hands-on, ensuring you implement strategies directly into your business, with our support every step of the way.
Our core focus is on providing you with the tools to build full stack automated sales funnels and the education on how to use them effectively. We promise to fully support you in using the standard software features to build out your marketing funnel, but the implementation is on you.
Our additional inputs will focus on practical applications of funnels and marketing using our software. For example, if we have an ad hoc session talking about copy-writing, the idea is that you can then immediately implement the ideas into your own sales funnels by updating your email templates or funnel pages inside the software.
I'm new to business; is the Business Accelerator suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our program is tailored to support entrepreneurs at various stages, whether you’re just starting out or looking to scale. We provide the tools, guidance, and community support to make powerful marketing strategies accessible and executable, even for beginners.
If you have no product or service at the moment you may want to start with affiliate marketing. For example using social media for organic reach > bridge page funnel > offer page, with email automations to build a list and nurture your leads towards other products you promote later.
How much time do I need to commit to see results from the Accelerator?
While individual results will vary, we’re confident that you can see results in 90 days or less, with a commitment of 5-15 hours each week (depending on your current skill level and the complexity of your strategy). With a website domain purchased you could have a basic but functioning funnel within a matter of hours. The more you engage with the tools and community, the quicker you’ll see your efforts bear fruit. Note that if you are an existing business needing to migrate existing processes or services that could add some time.
Can I join the Business Accelerator if I already have an established business?
Yes! The Accelerator is ideal for both new and established businesses. For those already running a business, our program can provide new growth strategies, streamline your operations, and introduce automation to put parts of your business on autopilot. However, you may want to explore our done for you services if you don’t have much time available personally.
What if I'm not tech-savvy? Will I be able to use the Knowledge Box software?
Our software is designed to be user-friendly, with drag-and-drop features for ease of use. Plus, with our 24/7 live chat and Zoom support, we’re here to guide you through any technical challenges you might face. If you are truly a techno-noob, there will be a learning curve, but now is the time to get over that, or you will be left behind in the a.i arms race.
We recommend that you opt for our done-for-you services if you have no technical experience and also are under pressure for time.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
The main cost is the monthly subscription and a one-time setup fee. While most features are included, some, like A.I.-assisted lead generation and advanced appointment setting bots, are optional extras. Any additional costs, such as those for sending emails or SMS, are pay-as-you-go and typically minimal but it will depend on your usage.
What happens if I need more personalized support?
While our group setting and live support are comprehensive, we understand some members may need more tailored assistance. For those instances, we offer ‘done for you’ services at an additional cost, covering everything from funnel strategy to content creation and beyond. We can even be your fractional Chief Marketing Officer and fully manage all of your needs.
Can I cancel my Business Accelerator subscription if it's not right for me?
We strive for your satisfaction and success, but if you find the program isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription you will lose access to the software and anything you have built inside. We recommend discussing your concerns with our team first, as we’re committed to helping you overcome any hurdles.
I can’t use Stripe, Paypal, NMI or Authorize.net can I still use your software?
If you can’t use one of these payment processors then you will need to attach your payment processor using webhooks, API or Zapier. It’s not something we can do for you although we’d be happy to help you find a developer that can fix it. It’s possible to still make use of our software to capture leads and nurture them but it won’t automatically know when a sale is made without input from zapier or an API call
The cost is so low, how is this possible?
We know it’s a lot of value, usually this type of software alone would cost hundreds of dollars. The compromise is that our insights and feedback have to be provided in a group setting. We cannot promise that we will be able to personally answer every business/marketing question, every time. We’re only human 🙂
Do you help with lead generation?
We can on a done for you service basis or we can activate some a.i tools on your account that can make Meta and Google ads much easier to manage. If you have no budget, then organic strategies will be your best option and we will be happy to share some ideas on that.
What happens if I haven’t built a sales funnel or automations in 90 days?
If you already have a product or service to sell then we know that 90 days is absolutely enough time to build a sales funnel and automations. If you need more time, that’s no problem, we will be here to help for as long as is needed. We cannot make a guarantee because we cannot force you to sit at your desk and get things done. All it takes is some time and effort. If you don’t want to put in the effort or don’t have time, look at our ‘done for you’ services.
Can I join your group and get your support, but use other software and tools?
Absolutely. There is huge value in joining a business club regardless of which software you choose to use. We’re all in the same boat, riding a tidal wave of new tools and a.i opportunities. Let’s learn and earn together! Obviously we can only provide technical support for our own software and any plugins we use, but it is designed to talk with almost anything via API or webhooks. We expect the group to research many different tools/apps and how they could be applied.
What can I do with Artificial Intelligence?
The standard software access allows you to create a basic customer support and appointment booking bot, generate a.i content for social media, generate a.i images and more. We can activate a.i assisted lead generation (for META and Google ads), and bots designed to collect information and book appointments whilst managing your CRM on the fly for an additional monthly fee plus setup fee. By using Zapier you can actually attach almost any other tool to our software (and you will only pay for the premium workflow fee – around 800 actions for $10), however we cannot support you with builds that require 3rd party software. If you create an amazing idea we will be happy to discuss monetizing that with us. The opportunities are becoming limitless.
I’m trying to open a marketing agency or other digital services agency, can you help me?
Yes, book a discovery call, choose the business accelerator option and please add a note explaining what you are trying to achieve and how you think we can help. We know it’s becoming very popular to open an agency and we’d be happy to be part of that journey.
What happens during onboarding?
By the end of the onboarding you’ll have the software tailored to your business. Our team will arrange a convenient time to help you configure your web domains, email domains and make sure your social media profiles are talking with the platform. We’ll also help you add whichever users / team members you like and walk you through the different features.
